• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service offering at any time without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Payment Terms

• Change of Mind: Except as required by New Zealand law or explicitly stated in a specific offer, I do not offer refunds for simple change of mind once services or digital access have commenced.

• To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Designed Exit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) our services or advice.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
