How long will it take for you to respond?
During the week, I check my emails twice a day. At 10am and at 2pm. During the weekend, I am often out enjoying the weather, so a response can take longer.
What if I have booked and paid but need to reschedule?
Life happens and it is ok. I don't usually offer refunds for change of mind but you do have the option to reschedule to another time that suits you better. At the end of the day, I want to help you package your IP into a saleable business idea that you can use to move forward with on your own terms.
What if I need to cancel my session at short notice?
I understand that circumstances change, and I offer the option for you to reschedule within 48 hours of your allocated session time. This can be done either by reaching out to me directly, or following the rescheduling links within your session booking confirmation email.
